AMVISION Elastomers

AMVISION Elastomers is a materials company that turns end-of-life plastics and rubber into engineering compounds. Its first manufacturing hub is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The raw material is waste plastics and end-of-life tyres. The process is fully mechanical, with no chemicals, solvents or devulcanizing agents.

The range has four products. TPE/TPV compounds are thermoplastic elastomers for automotive, industrial and consumer uses. Cable compounds are used for outer sheathing and jackets. Elastomer-based asphalt modifiers are made for roads. Devulcanized rubber (d-GTR) is a semi-product for further compounding. The materials are aimed at six industries: automotive, cable, construction, infrastructure, industrial and consumer.

We developed AMVISION's website (amv-vision.com) and provide ongoing marketing support for the company in Saudi Arabia. The site is one main page in English, with a top menu that jumps to the main sections. It opens with the line "Engineering Circular Elastomers" and two buttons: get in touch or see what the company produces. Sections on the company, its purpose, mission and vision come next, followed by the four products and what they are used for.

A process section walks through six steps, from collecting waste plastics and tyres through sorting and cleaning, mechanical transformation, compounding and quality control to the finished material. Separate blocks cover the six industries, sustainability and innovation. An image gallery shows the laboratory, the plant inside and out, extrusion and compounding lines, the warehouse and granulate samples. The page ends with the people who lead the company and a contact block for business plans, partnerships, offtake agreements and financing.
